Rules and terms of purchase

1. booked event/group race

The booking is binding, cancellation or change must be made no later than 7 days before your booked time. Thereafter, 70% of the booking cost will be charged plus an invoicing fee in case of no-show. To move a booking later than 7 days before, a transfer fee of 30% will be charged. To cancel email info@gokartcentralen.se. Cancellation is only valid upon presentation of a cancellation confirmation by email. The law on distance contracts / right of withdrawal does not apply as this is a booked activity on a specific day and for a limited period of time. The time indicated on the booking includes the prize-giving ceremony and any breaks. The booked start time may change due to unforeseen delays. Check in at the reception at least 30 minutes before the booked time. Late arrival may result in shorter or no driving time.

2. Booked driving pass

Booked driving sessions are binding and are non-refundable or rebookable. Missed driving sessions are not refundable. The law on distance contracts / right of withdrawal does not apply as this is a booked activity on a specific day and for a limited period of time. The booked start time can be changed by group divisions or unforeseen delays. Check in at the reception no later than 30 minutes before the booked time. Late arrival may result in shorter or no driving time.

3.Rules and responsibilities

All go-karting and staying on the area is at your own risk! Parents/adults are responsible for their children. Absolute zero tolerance with alcohol and drug intoxication. Staff have the right to exclude participants if intoxication is suspected. Pregnant women and people with heart disease or people with other vulnerable conditions are completely discouraged from riding.


Loose shoes such as flip-flops and high heels are not allowed. Long hair must be put up and tucked in so that it cannot get caught. Scarves, linen are not allowed.


All customers take personal responsibility for their valuables and should wear unmarked clothing.

Absolute zero tolerance on unfair driving - i.e. crashes, jams, blockages and reckless driving. Staff have the right to issue warnings by throttling the engine on the card or to expel participants from the area when this occurs - without refund.

4. Right of withdrawal

The Distance Contracts Act applies when you purchase a gift card remotely via our website. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to booked events/races and booked driving passes as these are a booked activity on a specific day and for a limited period of time.

In order to select an invoice or partial payment, you must enter your registered address as the delivery address and you must be 18 years of age or more at the time of ordering. Booking system

Our booking system is provided by Apex-Timing (https://www.apex-timing.com/en/). Your membership details are shared with Apex-Timing to create bookings for our goods and services. It also stores payment information and IP address when booking online.
