Terms & Conditions

1. If booking and payment: The reservation is binding, cancellation or change shall take place no later than 7 days before the appointment. The time listed on the booking includes awards ceremony and possible breaks. For faster on-site service, send the roster or register drivers online before you get here.
We use Collector Checkout, where you can choose to pay by invoice of 30 days or by card, both for individuals and companies. Read more further down.

Cancellation/non-booking.
You can rebook/ reschedule until 7 days before the booked day. After that, 70% of the booking cost plus billing fee is charged when not booking. To move a booking later than 7 days before, a fee of 30% is charged.
To cancel email info@gokartcentralen.se. Cancellation is only valid for the display of cancellation confirmation by email.

2. All customers take their own responsibility for their valuables and should use untender clothing. Loose shoes like flip-flops and high heels are not allowed.

3. Rules and warnings: All go-karting and stay in the area is at your own risk! Absolute zero tolerance with alcohol and drug-affected conditions. Staff have the right to exclude participants if intoxication is suspected. Pregnant women and people with heart disease or person with another exposed condition were completely advised to drive.      

4. Absolute zero tolerance on foul driving – i.e. crashes, preaching, blockages and reckless driving. Staff have the right to assign warnings by strangling the engine of the map or expelling participants from the area when this happens – without a refund.

Collectors Checkout

In cooperation with Collector Bank AB, we offer payment with Collector Checkout. Collector Checkout collects all the important payment methods in a single solution – choose from direct banking and card payment, invoice or installment (payment options can vary over time). You decide for yourself which payment method you want to use at the checkout, before confirming the purchase. Card and bank payment is smooth without you having to leave the page.

Invoice or installment means you get home the goods/service before you pay. You can then choose to either pay the full amount at once or divide it into smaller parts. Due dates may differ and appear on the invoice or partial payment sent to you. Delivery mode and any fees that are added will be displayed at the checkout before confirming the purchase.

In order to choose an invoice or installment, you must enter your registered address as a delivery address and you must have reached the age of 18 at the time of order. A smaller credit assessment is carried out, which in some cases involves taking a credit report. In the event of a delayed or non-payment, a late fee and interest in late payments will be charged.

SMS-Timing is the provider of software and hardware for timing and control of go-karting. All results from all runs are stored in the system. It appears on leaderboards and live timing in the venue, in apps, on social media and on the web. SMS timing also provides tools for the creation of unique offerings based on your visitor statistics, age, demographics and results.

Bookat

Our booking system comes from Bookat (https://bookat.io). Bookat is shared your membership tasks to create bookings for our goods and services. Payment information and Ip address is also stored when booking online.

Collector Bank

Collector Bank manages our invoice cases and online payments. It deals with information necessary to ensure a secure payment.

Authorities

According to "Lawfully" in the previous section, your information is shared if necessary to the police, emergency services, etc.
